Shipping and Sales Tax Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service or USPS from the manufacturer's warehouse within two to three business days. (More information below, in the FAQ).

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Texas only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Texas.

How can you offer such low prices?

At prosperityrenewal.org, you take advantage of our direct relationship with our distributors. We bring you their best products via the internet, and they ship those products directly to your door. This completely eliminates the retail store, and all those costly retail "overhead" markups are gone forever!

How "up to date" are your products?

The products we sell are always the latest editions and latest updates. We update our site with the latest products as they become available from the manufacturer.

What about shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on the costs charged to us by the manufacturer (shipping & handling) to deliver the product directly to you from their warehouse. All products are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS.

Can I qualify for FREE shipping?

Yes, you can qualify for FREE shipping. Where FREE shipping is available, you will see it flash across your screen. You receive FREE shipping on ebooks as well as any orders over $250.

When should I expect delivery?

Virtually all our products leave the warehouse by the second business day after you order; many times it's faster than that. During heavy shopping seasons, it may take up to three days to leave the warehouse. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS Ground and USPS shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS/USPS at the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA, longer for international shipments.

What about overnight delivery?

Overnight and second and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Please bear in mind that it may take a day or two for the manufacturer to ship the products from the warehouse. Please Contact Us with questions about shipping options.

What if I need warranty service?

All of our suppliers hold to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of our products are fully warranted by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive a product that is defective, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive. If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying UPS/USPS. If you ever have questions not answered by the manufacturer or by UPS/USPS, please Contact Us.

What if I want to return something?

Our products are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. You can return any item for any reason (except for items below) for a refund within 10 days of receipt unless otherwise indicated. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. We must charge a 25% restocking fee (since the manufacturers charge us this fee), and the customer is responsible for return shipping. (Please note...we do NOT resell returned merchandise here on our web site).

Nonreturnable Items:

  • Perishable items, such as Communion sets and candy
  • Software with a broken seal
  • Items purchased more than two years ago
  • Discontinued or out-of-print items with five or fewer in-stock availability (We will allow a 30-day grace period from the date of purchase)
  • Items bought at a 70% or higher discount (promotional titles)
  • Individual units that are only sold in sets

    How safe is my credit card information?

    When you buy from prosperityrenewal.org, your credit card purchase is processed in real time through our respective processors, by secure eCommerce servers run. Then your order is encrypted with PGP before being sent to prosperityrenewal.org. Your card couldn't be safer!
